The hills are alive at Brigham’s Playhouse! Rogers and Hammerstein’s beloved musical has stood the test of time. Many are familiar with the Julie Andrews 1965 hit film. Maria’s bubbly personality is a bit too vibrant for the convent. She leaves to nanny the motherless Von Trapp children who at first meet her with hostility. However, Maria’s zeal for life and sense of fun soon draw them in and she finds herself becoming apart of the family. This classic tale celebrates the joys of family, music and life.
